Chunjie— Spring Festival

Chinese New Year is upon us. Spring Festival begins Wednesday. The boys will have a 8 days off of school.
It is a busy travel time, but we are staying put, Horatio’s parents are here to meet Harold and spend time with the boys
during their break.
There were celebrations at school today, so the boys wore their Chinese clothes.

Dwight, the Chinese Chef

On Wednesday, Chef Bai made Jiaozi (dumplings). It is a traditional food for Chinese New Year. Dwight asked if he could help, so here they are, hard at work.
